Pemuridan Kontekstual: Strategi Teologis dalam Menjangkau Generasi Z

Abstract

Perkembangan era digital telah membentuk karakteristik Generasi Z sebagai kelompok yang sangat terhubung, visual, dan menghadapi tantangan krisis identitas serta spiritualitas, sehingga menuntut pendekatan pemuridan yang lebih relevan dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi teologis pemuridan kontekstual yang efektif dalam menjangkau Generasi Z di tengah dinamika budaya digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review dengan analisis isi terhadap berbagai literatur ilmiah terkini yang relevan dengan topik pemuridan, spiritualitas digital, dan pendidikan Kristen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemuridan yang efektif bagi Generasi Z memerlukan integrasi antara landasan teologis yang Kristosentris dengan pendekatan pedagogis yang kontekstual, berbasis relasi, serta memanfaatkan media digital secara kreatif dan partisipatif. Selain itu, faktor komunitas, pengalaman spiritual, dan literasi digital berperan penting dalam membentuk iman yang transformatif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan model pemuridan kontekstual yang holistik serta menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi gereja dan lembaga pendidikan Kristen dalam merancang strategi pembinaan iman yang relevan dan berkelanjutan di era digital.
