Sinergi Kebijakan Publik dan Teologi Kristen dalam Pencegahan Kekerasan terhadap Anak: Studi Kontekstual di Kabupaten Nias Selatan

Kekerasan terhadap anak merupakan permasalahan serius yang masih menunjukkan tren peningkatan di Indonesia, termasuk di Kabupaten Nias Selatan, yang mencerminkan belum optimalnya efektivitas sistem perlindungan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merumuskan model sinergi antara kebijakan publik dan nilai-nilai teologi Kristen dalam upaya pencegahan serta penanganan kekerasan terhadap anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan teknik analisis isi terhadap berbagai literatur ilmiah yang relevan, serta diperkaya dengan pendekatan teologis melalui analisis eksegesis, leksikal, sintaksis, dan semantik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterbatasan implementasi kebijakan perlindungan anak berkaitan erat dengan lemahnya internalisasi nilai moral dan spiritual dalam masyarakat, sementara nilai-nilai teologis seperti imago Dei dan agape memiliki potensi signifikan dalam membangun kesadaran moral dan praksis pengasuhan yang non-kekerasan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan kerangka konseptual integratif yang menghubungkan dimensi struktural kebijakan publik dengan dimensi kultural-spiritual teologi Kristen, serta menawarkan model kolaboratif antara pemerintah, gereja, dan keluarga dalam menciptakan sistem perlindungan anak yang holistik, kontekstual, dan berkelanjutan.
