Abstract

Korupsi sistemik di Indonesia tidak lagi dapat dipahami sebagai penyimpangan individual, melainkan sebagai fenomena struktural yang berakar pada relasi kekuasaan, budaya politik, dan kelemahan institusional yang saling berkelindan, serta berdampak pada disintegrasi kepercayaan publik terhadap lembaga negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis korupsi sistemik dalam perspektif sosiologi politik, mengkaji dampaknya terhadap kepercayaan publik, serta mengevaluasinya melalui pendekatan teologis yang menekankan nilai keadilan, integritas, dan amanah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan systematic literature review (SLR) dengan teknik pengumpulan data berbasis kajian pustaka dan analisis isi terhadap literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa korupsi sistemik terbentuk melalui interaksi antara ketimpangan struktur sosial, lemahnya akuntabilitas institusional, dan budaya patronase, serta berkontribusi signifikan terhadap penurunan legitimasi dan partisipasi publik. Dari perspektif teologis, korupsi dipahami sebagai pelanggaran moral-spiritual yang menuntut transformasi nilai dalam tata kelola kekuasaan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kerangka konseptual integratif antara sosiologi politik dan teologi sebagai dasar dalam merumuskan strategi transformatif untuk memulihkan kepercayaan publik.
