Kepemimpinan Kristen Adaptif Tinjauan Teologis terhadap Dinamika Gereja Kontemporer

Perkembangan gereja kontemporer yang dipengaruhi oleh disrupsi digital, perubahan sosial, dan dinamika generasi menuntut adanya transformasi dalam model kepemimpinan gereja yang lebih adaptif dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan konsep kepemimpinan Kristen adaptif yang berlandaskan pada prinsip-prinsip teologis dan Alkitabiah serta menganalisis relevansinya dalam menghadapi tantangan gereja masa kini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan systematic literature review (SLR) dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penelusuran literatur ilmiah dan dianalisis menggunakan content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan Kristen adaptif ditandai oleh integrasi antara nilai-nilai teologis seperti pelayanan, relasionalitas, dan transformasi komunitas dengan kemampuan responsif terhadap perubahan teknologi dan sosial. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa kepemimpinan yang adaptif, partisipatif, dan kontekstual memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan relevansi dan keberlanjutan pelayanan gereja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual dalam pengembangan teologi kepemimpinan yang integratif serta implikasi praktis bagi gereja dalam merancang model kepemimpinan yang transformatif dan tetap setia pada nilai-nilai iman Kristen di era kontemporer.
