Perilaku Organisasi Adaptif dalam Membangun Resiliensi dan Efektivitas Lembaga Pendidikan di Tengah Perubahan Sosial

Perubahan sosial yang cepat menuntut lembaga pendidikan mengembangkan perilaku organisasi yang mampu merespons dinamika lingkungan secara fleksibel tanpa kehilangan efektivitas institusional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi karakteristik perilaku organisasi adaptif, menganalisis kontribusinya terhadap resiliensi, menjelaskan keterkaitannya dengan efektivitas lembaga pendidikan, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis kajian literatur dengan penelusuran sumber ilmiah dan analisis eksegesa melalui pendekatan gramatikal untuk menafsirkan serta menyintesiskan hubungan antarkonsep. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku adaptif tercermin dalam fleksibilitas pengambilan keputusan, komunikasi terbuka, kolaborasi, pembelajaran berkelanjutan, inovasi, dan kesiapan teknologi. Resiliensi secara konseptual berfungsi sebagai mekanisme penghubung antara kapasitas adaptasi dan efektivitas lembaga, sedangkan kepemimpinan responsif, budaya belajar, dukungan institusional, dan sumber daya menjadi faktor penting dalam proses tersebut. Penelitian ini menawarkan kerangka konseptual perilaku organisasi adaptif–resiliensi–efektivitas yang dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan tata kelola pendidikan serta pengujian empiris pada berbagai konteks lembaga pendidikan di tengah perubahan sosial yang semakin kompleks dan berkelanjutan.
