Abstract

The coaching is meant to be an effort that is carried out or done in an efficient and effective manner to obtain better results. Youth and youth are the objects of coaching that must be nurtured so that the life of the faith and spirituality of youth and youth is better than ever, or the faith of adolescents and youth grows in the knowledge of God. And the Bible is the source used to nurture. This is an attempt for every spiritual coach who continues to do coaching activities for every teenager and youth. And the method in coaching is done guidance teaching, faith, ethics and service. Where this system is done so that teenagers and youth are really built up in their spirituality and faith in Jesus Christ, so they are burdened and responsible in the service entrusted to every teenager and youth. Proper coaching can have a good impact so that growth within each church can grow rapidly. The success of coaching can make every teenager and youth have a heart in service and have a commitment and responsibility in the service provided to every teenager and youth. In this way the church can grow and every teenager and youth understand the ministry and are not involved in the lives of children today.
