Akuntabilitas, Stewardship, dan Transparansi: Analisis Teologis-Etis terhadap Sistem Administrasi Gereja Modern

Abstract

Perkembangan gereja modern menunjukkan meningkatnya kompleksitas sistem administrasi dan tata kelola yang menuntut profesionalisme, transparansi, serta akuntabilitas publik tanpa mengabaikan identitas teologisnya sebagai komunitas iman. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan kerangka teologis-etik yang integratif mengenai akuntabilitas, stewardship, dan transparansi sebagai fondasi normatif bagi sistem administrasi gereja modern. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review (SLR) dengan analisis konten terhadap literatur ilmiah lima tahun terakhir yang membahas teologi stewardship, etika akuntabilitas Kristen, serta teori good governance dalam organisasi berbasis nilai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stewardship berfungsi sebagai mandat teologis pengelolaan sumber daya, akuntabilitas memiliki dimensi vertikal dan horizontal yang membentuk etos pertanggungjawaban gerejawi, dan transparansi merupakan mekanisme struktural yang menghubungkan integritas iman dengan legitimasi publik. Integrasi ketiga konsep tersebut menghasilkan model teologis-etik yang menempatkan administrasi gereja sebagai ekspresi praksis iman yang terinstitusionalisasi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teologi praktis dan studi tata kelola organisasi keagamaan dengan menawarkan kerangka normatif yang menjembatani refleksi teologis dan sistem manajemen modern, serta memberikan dasar konseptual bagi penguatan integritas dan keberlanjutan administrasi gereja di era kontemporer.
