Makna Teologis Konsep “Meno” dalam Yohanes 15:5 dan Relevansinya bagi Pertumbuhan Rohani Orang Percaya

Penelitian ini berangkat dari kebutuhan untuk menegaskan kembali dasar teologis pertumbuhan rohani dalam tradisi Kristen melalui kajian mendalam terhadap konsep meno (μένω) dalam Yohanes 15:5. Dalam praktik spiritualitas kontemporer, pertumbuhan rohani kerap direduksi menjadi peningkatan aktivitas religius atau perkembangan moral, sehingga kehilangan fondasi relasionalnya dalam kesatuan dengan Kristus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis makna teologis meno secara eksegetis dan konseptual serta merumuskan relevansinya bagi dinamika pertumbuhan rohani orang percaya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review yang dipadukan dengan analisis leksikal, sintaksis, dan semantik terhadap teks Yohanes 15:5, serta content analysis terhadap literatur teologi Yohanes, doktrin union with Christ, dan teori spiritual formation lima tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meno merupakan kategori relasional-ontologis yang menegaskan kesatuan partisipatoris antara Kristus dan orang percaya sebagai sumber kehidupan dan buah rohani. Pertumbuhan rohani dipahami sebagai transformasi berkelanjutan yang berakar pada relasi timbal balik dengan Kristus, bukan sekadar progres moral. Secara konseptual, penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan mengintegrasikan eksegesis Yohanes dan teologi kesatuan dengan Kristus dalam kerangka formasi rohani yang koheren dan normatif bagi refleksi teologi dan praktik gereja kontemporer.
